Peach Galette
Now that peaches are in season and so tasty, here's a simple peach galette recipe using fresh yellow peaches tossed with a little sugar, flour, and vanilla. Or try it with any "bakeable" fruit... thanks to Laurel Mikovits for sharing!

Easy Tahini Sauce or Dressing
Here's an easy, oil-free sauce or dressing - thanks to Joe Klinkhoff for sharing!
1 c tahini paste3/4 c lukewarm water
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 t salt
Using a handheld blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients together. For dressing, add additional water until desired consistency. We recommend letting it sit overnight for flavors to blend.
Consider adding other spices such as cumin for flavoring. Use within seven days.
