I love this salad! Try making the dressing with a white balsamic for a different taste profile. Alternately use gold beets or a mix of the two…So pretty on a plate!

I am interested in doing classes at the co-op. I have been running a series of classes on mostly food related topics (fermentation) at the Trout Creek Healing Collective. I would love to teach the same calsses with the coop. I ask a simple $10 donation for most of my classes and they typically last about 2 1/2 Hours. Access to a kitchen is a definite. The classes I teach are as follows:

    Making Sauerkraut

    Making Kimchi

    Sourdough Breads and Starters

Making Miso (February is Miso Month)

Urban Composting with DIY equipment & media (Bokashi)

    Gluten Free Baking

Probiotic Softdrinks (kombucha, water kefir, beet kvass and others)

    Basic Water Bath Canning

    Simple Re-Usable Grocery Bags ($25)

Friendship Food Ferments (Friendship Fruit/Amish Friendship Bread)($5)
