It's grill time baby! This month we're sharing one of our favorite recipes to get you pumped up for cooking even when it's hot and humid! This burger is off the hook delicious!
1/3 cup diced onion
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/3 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for topping)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon salt
Kaiser rolls
Your favorite burger toppings
Mix all ingredients and form into four to six patties. Heat a grill pan or non-stick skillet to medium high heat, add oil and spread evenly. Add in the turkey burgers and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Place on rolls and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
