    I attempted to sign up during your pioneer promotion about a year ago. The recurring plan didn’t go through properly, therefore only the initial payment went through. I emailed and spoke with a few people on separate occasions about this issue. Long story short, ultimately I never received any invoices to complete the process. Help me help you! I’d like to complete the payments, but if this is not possible I’ll need a refund of my initial payment. Hope we can figure it out! Thank you!
