Creamy Coleslaw
(serves 8-10)
1 (10 ounce bag) shredded red cabbage
1 (16 ounce bag) shredded green cabbage Try Clear Spring Farm
1 1/2 cups high quality mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
Salt and pepper to tasteMix all ingredients. Refrigerate for a minimal of 5 hours, allowing the cabbage to break down. Stir before serving. Serve as a side dish or on top of your favorite sandwich!
Cooks notes: Coleslaw will keep 4-5 days refrigerated.
