Understanding Food Choice: The Series

This series of classes enables us to talk about our food culture helping us make educated food decisions. Look at all sides when investigating each topic. 

Learn to see through the noise of food fads, navigate through the politics of food science, and make sense of the often conflicting messages associated with how we feed ourselves. 

Topics included in the series: 
- Organics and GMOs
- U.S. Food System
- Food Deserts and Eating Local

Participants can sign up for the entire Understanding Food Choice series or individual sessions.

$59 for the series of 3 classes or $24 per class

Class dates: Feb. 3; March 3; & April 7

    Hi BFC! What time will the March 3 and April 7 sessions of this class take place? The search engine on NCC’s website, nor the LifeLearn catalog (which lists another co-op education program, “What Should I Eat?”) doesn’t list the class as of today. Thanks!
