Save the date for our next membership event on Thursday, October 22 from 5 – 7p at Apollo Grill in downtown Bethlehem.

Dyanne and Rod Holt are hosting us for their Therapeutic Thursday promotion with $1 from any martini sold that evening benefitting the Co-Op. There will also be free passed hors d’oeuvres at the bar.  

Plus, all new Co-Op members who sign up THAT NIGHT will receive a free sleeve of raffle entries to win a chef’s table dinner for four in the Apollo kitchen. Current Co-Op members will be able to purchase tickets for that raffle ($20/sleeve, $5/ticket). 

All Co-Op members are encouraged to join us and bring along a friend who is not yet a member.
