Moravian Book Shop and the Colony Meadery welcome the Bethlehem Food Co-op! Join us on Thursday, May 19th between 5:30pm and 7:30 pm, to learn more about the Bethlehem Food Co-Op, taste some locally produced mead, and shop in the world's oldest continually operated bookstore.
The first five people who sign up for co-op membership at this event will receive a special gift from both businesses: A free flight tasting, featuring five mead samples of your choice, and a Moravian Book Shop Collectable Ornament, specially created by Joy to the World just for the shop! We’ll also have a Gift Basket Raffle full of surprises and goodies.At 6:30 pm, hear a special presentation, Mead and Read, which will give you a look at the history of Moravian Book Shop and the Colony Meadery, and their unique and historic partnership. Guests are welcome to browse the shop during your visit and are invited to try the delicious variety of meads available, as well as coffee, tea, and other light-fare selections.
