Our grant writing team has been hard at work writing an application for the Food Co-Op Initiative Seed Grant, which requires us to raise dollar-for-dollar matching funds.

We are very optimistic about our chances for being awarded this $10,000 grant, and since we have much more capital to raise, it would be a huge help toward getting our doors open. One of the requirements for the grant is that we acquire dollar-for-dollar matching funds to demonstrate the strong community support for our co-op.
