Recently retired as Mid-Atlantic Recreation Planner for the Appalachian Mountain Club, he is currently working to establish momentum for building Bethlehem's trail network. John would like to bring his experience in advocacy and community outreach, and his passion for the locavore movement to help the Bethlehem Food Co-op's Board of Directors and members open and operate a successful food co-op in the heart of Bethlehem.
