Are you interested in helping to decide how our co-op runs? If so, the Bylaw Review Committee is your chance to contribute to the policies that govern how our co-op works!

The committee will consider decisions about what issues are the board’s purview vs. what member-owners must vote on, how meetings are run, how member-owners can propose changes to decisions, and more. We will also review the bylaws of our peers and consult with experts. You do not have to have policy experience to join us. All committee recommendations will go the board and/or member-owners as appropriate for final approval prior to the 2020 annual meeting.
